"Pedagogy of the Oppressed" banned in Tucson schools

As Pete Seeger said, "If it wasn't for the honour, I'd just as soon not have been blacklisted". Paolo Freire has been dead for long enough not to worry about being banned by schools in Tucson, Arizona. (He's also well enough known not to need the honour). Another one of the books on the list is a history of the Chicano civil rights movement. The danger, apparently, is that they could be relevant to Mexican-Americans...
